Hi, I’m Daniel.
I’ve been a full-time Staten Island real estate agent for 9 years. Today I work with Coldwell Banker Advantage, out of the office at 895 Annadale Road.
Most of my clients are buying their first home or making a move within the Island: a townhouse in Bulls Head or Great Kills, a condo in Huguenot or New Springville, a co-op, or a family home in Dongan Hills. Some are selling one home and buying the next at the same time, which takes careful planning. I’ve done it many times.
In the last 12 months I’ve helped close 14 sales, and every one of my 30 Zillow reviews is five stars. What clients mention most is that I’m patient, honest and easy to reach. That’s the job as I see it: give you the facts, answer every question, and never push you into a decision.
