How this website handles your information. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
When you use the get-started questionnaire or a form on this site, we collect what you type: your first name, email, phone number and your answers about buying, selling or renting. If you create a dashboard login, we store your email and an encrypted version of your password. Daniel never sees your password. We also keep basic technical details, like the page you came from.
How we use it
To answer your questions, send you the homes and information you asked for, show you your private dashboard, and follow up about your move. If you checked the box to receive texts, Daniel may text you about your search.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this website and Daniel’s follow-up: Supabase (database and logins), Vercel (website hosting) and the customer relationship management (CRM) system Daniel uses to keep track of conversations. Daniel works under Coldwell Banker Advantage, which may see your information as part of supervising real estate activity.
Text messages
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Your choices
You can ask Daniel to update or delete your information at any time by emailing dannygambino120@gmail.com or calling Daniel’s cell, (347) 920-7175. Deleting your information also deletes your dashboard login.
Cookies and storage
This site doesn’t use advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts. If you log in, your browser stores a login token so you stay logged in; logging out removes it.
Security
Everything on this site travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and your dashboard is visible only to your login.
