Questions about Great Kills
Is Great Kills in a flood zone?
Parts of it are, mostly the blocks nearest the harbor and the shoreline. Check any address on NYC’s Flood Hazard Mapper, and ask for the seller’s flood history and an elevation certificate if one exists. Daniel pulls this before you make an offer.
